From maintaining apartment blocks and communal areas to dealing with company filing, you can rely on our expertise to get the job done. We treat every development as an individual and provide property solutions tailored to each development's requirements.

Our contracts are gained mostly through referrals from established builders, solicitors or accountants. We act as agents repeatedly for builders on new sites and maintain the management company from inception including filing and issuing share certificates.

Based in Limavady, we serve domestic and commercial customers across Northern Ireland and in Donegal. We have over 10 years of experience in the business and provide all-round property management services.
We operate each company with transparency on all services, including issuing annual income and expenditure at each year end and full budget projecting future expenditure. Each company has their own bank account, personalised public liability insurance and buildings insurance. At the end of each financial year, all records are verified and accounts prepared, then filed with Company House. Company records are maintained and Confirmation Statements (previously Annual Returns) filed with Company House reflecting full shareholding positions.

Property management

We have a dedicated team of contractors (grounds men, joiners, electricians, painters, cleaners, waste companies, treatment plant companies, lift companies, security companies etc.) throughout our sites, including a team operating 24/7. In addition to approximately 20 maintenance visits per year, we inspect each site at least once a month resulting in each site having at least 32 visits per year!
